Who we are

What we collect
When you sign up we store:
- your email address
- your confirmation that you're 18 or over
- the date you signed up
- that you signed up on this page, for the Hertford launch
When you send the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you're a person and not a bot. To do that it processes technical details such as your IP address and browser information. We don't keep those details.
Why we use it
To tell you when HAPPY HOUR launches near you. We won't use your email for anything else.
Our lawful basis
Consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the UK GDPR. You give it when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
Who handles it for us
We use these providers. They process your data only on our instructions:
- Supabase stores our early-access sign-up list.
- Vercel hosts this website and runs the sign-up form.
- Cloudflare Turnstile protects the sign-up form from bots.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for [PLACEHOLDER], or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your rights

- get a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct it
